The Clique Academy - Coaching Foundations
Through your time in The Clique Academy, you will develop a deep understanding of what coaching is, your responsibilities as a coach and how to coach using the ICF Core Competencies. You will also be introduced to the Code of Ethics and build an understanding of ethical standards you will be expected to maintain through your coaching.
The ICF Core Competencies & Code of Ethics filters through The Clique Academy and will be something you will be referring back to as you progress through the coach training modules.

This section of The Clique Academy is all about building the foundations of your coaching business & growing your audience online. This is something you will learn how to do early on in the program, which means your audience can continue to grow as you develop your coaching skills so that once you are ready to unleash your coaching gifts to the world, you've already got an audience of IDEAL CLIENTS who are excited to work with you.
During these weeks, you will be supported with identifying and refining your niche, how to create content that attracts ideal clients, how to use social media effectively to get your content seen by those who need your message, how to grow your email list and overcoming your own fears and blocks to getting visible. You will also be shown how to develop a mini program so that as you are developing your coaching skills, you can start working with paid for clients.

During this part of The Clique Academy, you will embark on your ICF Accredited Life Coach training & certification where you will learn how to apply the ICF core competencies and ICF ethics to your coaching. You will also develop your understanding of a variety of different coaching tools and exercises as you learn to apply The Clique Method. During this part of the program, you will learn how to become a masterful coach and guide your clients through powerful transformations.
We want you to feel confident in your coaching abilities and knowledge and so we also provide you with a wealth of coaching tools and exercises, healing techniques and spiritual practices that will assist your clients in releasing any inner blocks that are holding them back from achieving their desired goals.
The coach training you receive within The Clique Academy can be applied to a variety of niche's including mindset, anxiety, stress, relationships, money, health, career and so many more.
There will be lots of opportunities for you to practice your coaching as well as getting coached yourself from other women inside The Clique Academy.
During your training, you will be taught how to use the following coaching tools/exercises: Clarity coaching, digging work, NLP, EFT, Chakra Cleansing, Energy clearing, Law of Attraction Coaching, Meditation & mindfulness facilitation, Divine Feminine Activation and Money Mindset Coaching.

How many hours do I need to commit?
The beauty of The Clique Academy is that it can be done entirely in your own time and fit within your schedule. Obviously the more time you are able to commit to the program, the quicker you will be able to get your business off the ground but everyone has different schedules. Also, you get LIFETIME ACCESS to the modules so you can go through everything at a pace that suits you.
Will I need to complete an assessment?
If you are wanting to become a certified coach and receive a certification for your coaching then YES you will need to complete the assessment. This involves a written assessment and practice sessions. It isn't something to worry about as you will have lots of support through the program to help you feel confident with the process. You will also complete a separate assessment to certify you as an NLP practitioner.
What if I get behind?
Whilst a big part of the program is to keep you accountable and minimise procrastination, we totally understand that life sometimes gets in the way. You get lifetime access to all of the online modules meaning you can go along with everything at your own pace. There is no deadline for completion of your assessment.
How soon can I work with paid for clients?
We believe the best way to build your confidence as a coach is to COACH so we want to get you working with paid for clients as soon as possible. As you are training to coach and still developing your skills, you may decide to offer smaller/one off sessions to your audience. This is something we can help you put together. Many of our clients feel confident to offer this one month into the coach training. It's entirely up to you and what you feel ready for!
What will I charge as a coach?
Pricing is largely about your confidence and energy around money, which is why we cover a lot of money mindset work during the course. It is also about your confidence in your coaching skills, which is why our training is designed to help you feel confident in the results you provide. Our aim is to help you become a high end coach who offers a premium, signature coaching program. A lot of our clients create a 3 month program for which they charge £2000 + for. Everyone is different though. Some of our coaches who have had a bit more coaching experience are now charging up to $10k for their high level mastermind. Again, this will all come down to your energy and confidence around money and your offer.
Will I get to practice my coaching?
YES! One of the most important parts of your coaching journey is practising your coaching skills! We partner you up with our other students so that you not only get to practice your coaching sessions but also get to be a practice client for someone else.
Can I join The Clique Academy if I'm not based in the UK?
YES! Whilst Dani is based in the UK, we are an international company and our coach certification is internationally recognised! Our clients and students join us from all over the world including Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UAE and South America.
How much is The Clique Academy in my own Currency?

Will I receive a certificate to certify me as a coach?
YES! When you have completed your assessment you will receive a certificate to certify you as a Certified Life Coach with The Clique. This certificate is accredited by the ICF. You will also receive a certificate to certify you in The Clique Method of coaching. You will also receive a certificate to certify you as an NLP practitioner and Master Practitioner.
Is the course accredited?
The Clique Life Coaching Certification is accredited by the International Coach Federation. When you have completed your assessment you will receive a certificate to certify you as a coach and that certificate is accredited by the ICF.
Do I need to have worked with my own coach first? What if I need to do work on my own mindset?
The amazing thing about The Clique Academy is that as you learn how to coach others, you will also be working through your own fears/doubts/limiting beliefs and receive a tonne of mindset support for YOU along the way. You will also have the opportunity to be coached by one of the other members of The Clique Academy so you have the experience of working with a coach as well as becoming one. During the weekly mindset call, you will also be supported by Dani with your own mindset blocks you are facing.
Is there live coaching and support? What if I need 1:1 help?
YES! You will get access to three live coaching/training sessions per week. Two sessions are for coach training/ coaching demonstrations, the other is for business support. There is plenty of opportunity for you to get personal support via the live coaching calls and the Facebook group.
What time/days are the live calls?
As we are an international company, we change the day/time of the call each week to make sure everyone has a fair chance of tuning into the sessions. We are also happy for you to submit a requested time/day and take all requests into consideration. All of the calls are recorded too so you can listen back to them in your own time.
When can I start?
As soon as you sign up! Once payment has been made you will be sent over your welcome materials and week one content plus access to the Facebook group and details for the live coaching sessions.
How long is the program?
The program contains over 200 hours worth of materials which you can move through at your own pace.
Do you have a refund policy?
Whilst we are SURE you will LOVE The Clique Academy, if you join and feel it is not the right fit for you, then simply let us know within fourteen days of joining and we will gladly refund you the full amount.
