How does the The Coach Collective program work?
Upon joining the Accredited Coach Trainer program you will:
Be invited to complete our ICF-accredited coach training to ensure you have a sound understanding of the fundamentals of coaching.
Gain access to our Accredited Coach Trainer Certification - This will provide you with the skills to deliver comprehensive coach coach training to new or established coaches.
Receive training to help you develop your Coach Certification Program - This is where we help you design a unique certification program that incorporates your experience & skillset.
Key features of what you will deliver your clients.
During the Accredited Coach Trainer program, we will help you develop your own Coach Certification Program utilizing your existing experience and skill set.
Your Coach Certification Program will include pre-recorded content and weekly coaching sessions (delivered by you). The length of a Certification program is typically between 12-24 weeks.
Your clients can access at least 3 weekly ICF-accredited sessions delivered by ICF-credentialled coaches for feedback & coach training, This will allow your clients to receive an ICF accredited certificate.

The Coach Collective founder, Dani Watson, started her professional journey in corporate law before stepping into coaching.
She has built an 8 figure business in the coaching industry and runs several ICF-accredited coach certification programs that service individuals and companies globally.
Her work has been featured in multiple media outlets including Forbes. She is also a published author, podcast host and mother to three children.
Dani resides with her family in Spain after manifesting her dream villa in the sun, fulfilling her desire to live a slower and more intentional life

Coach training that includes ICF-accredited certification is normally priced in the range of $5000 - $20,000
No. We will help you to develop your unique coach certification that incorporates your own experience, skills & knowledge.
You will brand your program under your branding/name.
You will receive training on how to design and deliver coach training sessions based on your expertise and desired area of coaching.
Normally we recommend offering your clients one session per week.
Should you wish to provide your students with ICF-accredited training, this can be delivered by our ICF credentialled coaches.
There are at least 3 sessions per week that your clients can attend.
The training covers the fundamentals of coaching and coaching ethics and also provides them with feedback on their coaching. The training will enable your clients to receive an ICF-accredited certification.
As an Accredited Coach Training Provider, you will be able to issue your coach certification branded under your own program name.
You also have the option for your clients to receive an ICF-accredited coach certificate.
You could be offering your certification program in as little as thirty days.
